Refund policy

Subscription billing and one-time passes are processed by the configured billing provider. You can cancel future subscription renewals in the billing portal.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Include your account email, billing receipt, plan, and a short description of the issue.

Credits and generated assets

Consumed generation credits and completed downloads are normally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified platform failure.
